摘要
该研究旨在建立一种采用高效阴离子色谱测定超高麦芽糖浆中的麦芽糖含量的方法。在CarboPacT-MPA200 3mm×250 mm(带CarboPacTMPA200 3 mm×50 mm保护柱)离子色谱柱上,用200 mmol.L-1氢氧化钠和100 mmol.L-1乙酸钠梯度洗脱,在Au工作电极和Ag/AgCl参比电极的脉冲安培检测器上测定超高麦芽糖浆中麦芽糖的含量。结果表明,标准溶液测定的保留时间和峰面积相对标准偏差为0.52%和0.13%。该方法用于测定超高麦芽糖浆中的麦芽糖含量,取得了满意的结果,加标回收率为85.4%~115.2%。
In order to develop a method for analysis of maltose in extreme high maltose syrup using high performance anion-exchange chromatography,we used sodium hydroxide solution and sodium acetate solution as the mobile phase on CarboPacTMPA200 3 mm×250 mm column(with guard column CarboPacTMPA200 3mm×50mm) with an Au working electrode and an Ag/AgCl reference electrode to determine the maltose in extreme high maltose syrup.The results show that the relative standard deriation for retain time and peak area of standard solution were 0.52% and 0.13% respectively.A satisfied result was obtained for analysis of maltose in extreme high maltose syrup with the proposed method.The recoveries were 85.4%-115.2%.
