摘要
本试验对家兔注射不同剂量的苷肽注射液,通过其对家兔的行为、体重、饮食状况和生理、生化指标及组织学变化的影响,研究苷肽注射液对家兔的慢性毒性试验。结果表明:苷肽注射液在一定使用剂量范围内,对家兔的行为、体重、饮食状况及生理生化指标均无不良影响。
Gave different dosages of glucoside peptide injection to rabbits,studied the effect to behavior,weight,diet,blood physiological,biochemical indexes and histological variability of rabbits by chronic toxicity tests.The results indicated that glucoside peptide injection had no significant adverse effects to all indices above of rabbits in acertain range of dosage.
