摘要
采用核/壳乳液聚合法,以丙烯酸羟丙酯为自交联剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,KH570为改性有机硅单体,与丙烯酸酯类单体共聚,成功制备了有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液。通过正交试验优化了核/壳乳液聚合工艺条件,即有机硅用量11%、引发剂用量0.5%、自交联剂用量2.0%(均为占主单体的质量分数),保温时间3.0 h。将此硅丙乳液应用于涂料染色工艺,可获得良好的色牢度和柔软性。
Silicone modified polyacrylate emulsion was prepared by core-shell emulsion polymerization with hydroxypropyl acrylate as a self-crosslinker,ammonium persulfate as an initiator and KH570 as a modified silicon monomer copolymerizing with polyacrylate monomer.The core-shell emulsion polymerization conditions were optimized through orthogonal experiments as follows: silicone monomer 11%,initiator 0.5%,self-crosslinker 2.0%(to the total mass of monomers),and holding time 3.0 hours.Application of this emulsion to pigment dyeing featured good color fastness and softness.
