摘要
本文对用最小抑菌浓度(MIC)、最小杀菌浓度(MBC)以及定量杀菌能力测定筛选出的4种消毒剂在规模化蛋鸡舍中消毒效果的影响因素进行研究,为建立规模化蛋鸡舍消毒程序提供依据。试验采用正交设计表L16(45)设计消毒种类、消毒浓度(mg/L)、喷雾量(mL/m3)、消毒时间(min)为影响消毒效果的因素,每个因素设计4个水平,用极差分析评价各因素对空气消毒效果的影响主次,用方差分析进行显著性检验。结果:消毒剂浓度对消毒效果影响极显著(P<0.01);消毒剂种类对消毒效果影响极显著(P<0.01);喷雾量对消毒效果影响显著(P<0.05);消毒时间对消毒效果影响不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明,在对规模化蛋鸡舍进行消毒时,使用同种消毒剂情况下浓度是影响消毒效果的主要因素。
The. influence factors of inactivation efficacy of four different disinfectants selected based on the minimum inhibitory, concentration (MIC),minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC)and the suspension quantitative bactericidal were detected to provide the basis for disinfection procedures in large-scaled layer houses. A orthogonal design table L16 (45) with four factors of kinds of disinfectants,disinfectant concentration(mg/L),spray volume (mL/m3) and disinfection duration (min) and each factor with four levels was conducted. Range analysis was used to evaluate the primary and secondary factors of the disinfection efficacy of disinfectants for indoor air in layers houses and variance analysis was applied to perform a significance test, respectively. Results were as follows,the disinfectant concentration and the kinds of disinfectants had very significant effects on the disinfection efficacy (P〈0.01). The effect of spray volume was notable (P〈0.05) ,but the disinfection duration had no remarkable effect on the disinfection efficacy(P〉0.05). It indicated that the disinfectant concentration was the main factor affecting disinfection efficacy for a disinfectant used in large-scaled layer houses.
