摘要
本文综述了镁合金短流程熔炼工艺的特点、关键技术以及该工艺的研究和应用进展。指出提前合金化是该工艺的特点,保护和净化为该工艺的关键技术,该工艺已经产业化,但产业化程度不高,全面产业化需短流程净化技术、熔剂成分与氧化物夹杂反应机制、新型高效环保熔剂的研制、渣液分离技术等相关科学和技术问题的解决。
This paper surveys the characteristics, key technologies, research and application advances of short-flow Magnesium alloys smelting technology. Pre-alloying is the characteristic of the technology. Protection and purification are its key technologies. It has not been widely applied to industry production. Its wide industrialization needs us to solve such problems as short-flow purification technology, reaction mechanism of flux content and oxides, development of new-type efficient environment protection flux, separation of slag and melt, etc.
