摘要 胶囊缺陷检测是药品生产领域的重要环节。该文对介绍了一种基于机器视觉技术的胶囊缺陷检测系统的技术线路与解决方法,并对所涉及到的四个关键技术(传动与震动装置、图像采集系统、缺陷识别算法、DSP移植)进行了设计与研究。 Capsule defect detection is an important step in the field of pharmaceutical production. In this paper, we introduce a resolution for capsule defect detection system. During designing the resolution ,we study the four key technologies related to capsule defect detection equipment based machine vision, which include transmission and vibration module, the image acquisition system, defect recognition software and DSP transplantation.
