摘要
随着我国经济快速发展,产业结构的多元化,危险废物的种类越来越复杂。一旦危险废物发生突发性污染事件,将带来危害性大、污染后结果难以预测和处理技术难度大等一系列问题。本文针对危险废物突发污染事件,探索了应急处理能力建设及实证示范,以期实现危险废物突发污染应急处理和环境污染事故应急管理体系的无缝对接。
With the rapid development of economics and the wide diversification of the industrial structure in China,categorizing for hazardous waste becomes extremely complicated.Once the pollution incident of hazardous waste happens,that will cause numerous serious issues such as unpredictable consequences and difficult treating techniques.Based on the pollution incident caused by hazardous waste,this article explores the demonstration about emergency treatment of hazardous waste pollution,hoping to push forward the connection of emergency handling capacity and emergency management system of hazardous waste pollution accident.
