摘要
主要介绍了WinCC在全铝车厢生产线控制系统中的设计方法和应用,以及WinCC与PLC之间的通讯组态,并对通讯连接下的变量进行了定义,同时对不同监控画面的组态也进行了描述.它实现了生产过程中各测控点的监控和管理,为生产过程的全自动化及实现智能控制提供了依据,保证了生产过程的安全性和可靠性.
The design method and its application of WinCC in the Control System of FALM Carriage Product Line are introduced in this paper. The communication configuration of WinCC with PLC is presented, and the tags are defined under the communication linkage. The configuration of different monitfing pictures are described in detail. It can achieve the monitoring and management for the measuring and control points, which provides the basis for automation and intelligent control in production process, guarantees the security and imprves the reliability of production.
