黄芪、三七对高糖环境下内皮祖细胞分化的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨黄芪、三七对高糖环境下内皮祖细胞(Endothelial Progenitor Cell,EPC)分化的促进作用及其可能的机制。方法常规采集SD大鼠骨髓血,密度梯度离心法分离提取骨髓单个核细胞(Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cell,BM-MNC)、贴壁扩增细胞。将细胞分为空白对照组、内皮细胞生长添加剂(Endothelial Cell Growth Supplement,ECGS)组、ECGS+中药组、中药组4组。加用药物16天后流式细胞仪检测CD31+、vWF+细胞。结果与空白对照组比较,各药物组CD31、vWF双阳性细胞百分数显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各药物组间比较,ECGS+中药组CD31+细胞和CD31、vWF双阳性细胞百分数明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。而ECGS组CD31、vWF双阳性细胞百分数与中药组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。ECGS+中药组和中药组vWF+细胞百分数显著高于ECGS组,差异有统计学意义;ECGS+中药组vWF+细胞百分数高于中药组,差异有统计学意义。结论黄芪、三七在高糖环境下能促进EPC向EC分化。
