摘要
通过实验室试验,对电厂锅炉复合有机酸清洗废液的处理方法进行研究,并最终确定了氧化结合混凝沉淀的处理工艺。在浙能兰溪电厂的实际运行结果表明,氧化结合混凝沉淀的处理工艺能够有效降低清洗废液COD及色度等指标。当氧化剂投加量为0.45%时,清洗废液COD去除率达85%,出水COD<400 mg/L,色度<80倍。
Through tests in the laboratory,the method of waste solution treatment for composite acid cleaning of utility boilers has been studied,and finally a treatment technology of combining oxidation with coagulation precipication being determined.Result of practical utilization in Zheneng Lanxi Power Plant shows that the said treatment technology can effectively reduce the indices of waste solution from acid cleaning,such as chemical oxygen demand(COD) and colourity etc..In the case of oxidant dosage being 0.45%,the COD removal rate can reach 85%,the COD and coluority of effluent water being less than 400 mg/L and 80 times respectively.
