摘要
本文采用粉末压片法,对冶金石灰中CaO、MgO、S、S iO2、P五个元素绘制了含量与X射线强度对应的工作曲线,做了精密度与准确度试验,其方法与精度完全满足生产的要求。
During steelmaking slag process,a fast and accurate composition analytical method of metallurgical lime on time has positive significance.A pressed powder method by X-Ray fluorescence spectrometry is developed to quantify the five compounds of CaO、MgO、S、SiO2 and P.The precision and accuracy tests were also carried out and all meet production requirements.
