摘要
目的探讨两种鼻内镜下手术对鼻泪管阻塞的治疗效果。方法选择探通3次无效的鼻泪管阻塞患者35例40眼为A组,施行鼻内镜下鼻泪管逆行置管术;不能探通者19例20眼为B组,施行鼻内镜泪囊鼻腔造口术,术后随访6个月。结果 A组有效率为92.5%,B组有效率为90.0%,两组疗效比较差异无显著性。结论按鼻泪管阻塞程度的不同在鼻内镜下分别采用鼻泪管逆行置管术和泪囊鼻腔造口术效果满意,具有操作简便、损伤小等优点。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of two different operation of intranasal endoscopy for the treatment of nasolacrimal duct obstruction.Methods The group A patients（35 cases,40 eyes）,followed the failure of probing three times,were treated with recessive placement of nasolacrimal stent.And the group B patients（19 cases,20 eyes） failed in probing,were treated with nasal lacrimal ostomy under intranasal endoscopy.All cases got 6 months postoperative follow-up.Results The operation efficiency were 92.5% and 90.0% respectively for group A and B,which showed no significant difference.Conclusion Recessive placement of nasolacrimal stent and nasal lacrimal ostomy were characterized with easy manipulation and small damage,which were effective operations for different nasolacrimal duct obstruction.
