摘要
针对液压阀口处的气穴现象难以实现清晰可视化的问题,提出一种液压阀口气穴流动的平面观测方法.对渐扩形节流槽阀口进行流场解析,获得压力流线图、最低压力与阀口开度及楔形角的关系曲线,据此预测阀内气穴的生成部位和程度,并与气穴流动平面观测初步结果进行比较.研究结果表明,平面观测模型与实际液压阀口的流场特征具有良好的相似性,该方法可适用于各种液压阀口的流动观测和阀口特性试验研究.
A planar observation method for visualization of cavitating flow around hydraulic valve orifices was put forward to realize a clear visualization of the flow pattern.The flow in the valve with wedgewise notched was analyzed by using CFD.The graphs of pressure distribution,and streamline as well as the curves of the minimum pressure with respect to valve opening and wedged angel of the notch were obtained.Then,the location and intensity of cavitation were predicted.The predicted result was compared with the preliminary result of the planar observation of cavitation flow.It was shown by the investigation result that the flow field characteristics of the valve obtained with planar visualization kept good similarity with that of actual hydraulic valve.This visualization method is suitable for flow visualization in valves with different types of orifices and for experimental investigation of characteristics of valve orifices.
