摘要
目的了解我国不同层次护生评判性思维能力总体水平,为培养护生的评判性思维能力提供依据。方法检索近10年有关护生评判性思维能力状况的实证研究,共收集文献101篇,有效样本13篇,共评估护生5 857名,其中护理硕士研究生259名,护理本科生3 801名,护理高职生1 797名,来源于我国的东部、中部、西部20余省市32所学校。以加利福尼亚评判性思维量表为工具,使用"组合标准差"简易求解方法,得到被试总体的各因子均分与标准差,采用SPSS 11.0统计软件进行LSD-t检验分析。结果三个层次护生评判性思维能力总分差异有统计学意义,各地区之间护理本科、护理高职生评判性思维能力差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各层次护生评判性思维能力各因子之间比较,部分因子差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论我国护生评判性思维能力总体不高,且在地区及学历层次上存在差异,各护理院校应增加护理教育经验的交流,加强护生评判性思维能力的培养。
Objective To understand the general capability of critical thinking of nursing students with different educational background and to provide reference for the training of critical thinking capability.Methods Empirical studies of nursing students’ critical thinking capability in recent decade were searched.101 papers were collected including 13 valid samples involving 5 857 nursing students from more than 20 provinces in the eastern,central and western area of China.California Critical Thinking Scale-Chinese Version(CTDI-CV) and the "composite standard deviation" simple solution method were applied.Average scores and the standard deviation of all factors in CTDI-CV were analyzed by SPSS 11.0 to conduct LSD-t test.Results There was statistical difference of overall scores of critical thinking capability of nursing students at all levels(P 0.05).The differences among undergraduate nursing students and junior college nursing students from different areas(P0.05) and differences for different factors related to students at all levels(P0.05) were of statistical significance.Conclusion The general critical thinking capability of nursing students is relatively weak.Difference exists among regions and educational background.Communications among regions and nursing colleges are recommended to promote the cultivation of critical thinking capability.
