摘要
通常传感器的输入与输出呈非线性关系,本文采用多项式拟合法列出其反非线性特性拟合方程,并用MATLAB求出方程系数;在压力传感器系统中,压力经导电橡胶传感器转换为电压,电压数据被送到LabVIEW软件中的公式节点,经过节点中拟合方程的计算,使传感器系统的输入一输出呈线性,即通过软件实现传感器系统的非线性自动校正。
Usually, the relationships between the inputs and outputs of the sensors are nonlinear. In this paper, the anti nonlinear characteristic equation is given by the use of polynomial fitting method. And the equation coefficients are got by MATLAB. In the pressure sensor system, the pressure values are converted to voltage signals by conductive rubber sensor, and the voltage data are sent to the formula node of LabVIEW, in which they are calculated by the fitting function. So the linear relationship between the input and output got. The nonlinear auto-correction of achieved by software.
