摘要
选择典型的开槽胀接接头结构为研究对象,建立三维非线性有限元模型。经不同管、壳程压力的数值计算得出,壳程压力使管板与换热管的接触区在轴向上缩短,密封性和拉脱强度降低;管程压力使接头的拉脱强度逐渐增大,管板上端的最大残余接触压力降低。为不同工作压力下换热管胀接结构的设计和施工提供了分析方法和理论依据。
The typical slotted expanded joints were selected as research objects to found the 3-D nonlinear finite element model.The numerical calculation of the pressures of various tube passes and shell passes shows that the shell pass pressure shortened the contact zone of the tube sheet and the heat exchange tube axially and reduced the seal performance and the pull-off strength;the tube pass pressure gradually increased the pull-off strength of the joint and lowered the maximum residual contact pressure at the top of the tube sheet.The analysis method and theoretical method were provided for the design and construction of the expanded joints of heat exchange tubes under different work pressures.
