摘要
五缸钻井泵与三缸钻井泵相比具有明显的性能优势,但由于存在制造难度大等问题,限制了五缸钻井泵的使用。在三缸钻井泵的基础上设计了4支撑结构曲轴的五缸钻井泵,与三缸泵曲轴的受力分析对比证明,4支撑五缸泵曲轴受力更为合理,并针对曲轴毛坯成型、加工等问题,设计了锻焊结构曲轴,解决了五缸泵的制造"瓶颈"问题,为五缸泵的研制和应用提供了有效途径。
Quintuple mud pump has more performance advantages than triplex mud pump.But its manufacturing difficulty restricts its application in drilling industry.To solve this problem,a new quintuple mud pump was designed based on the triplex mud pump with a four-point support crankshaft.Mechanical analysis showed that the forces on the four-point support crankshaft were more reasonable than those on the crankshaft of the triplex mud pump.Its frame was designed based on the crankshaft.Aiming at the rough shaping and manufacturing problems of general crankshaft of quintuple mud pump,a crankshaft of forging-welding structure was designed and discussed in detailed.By this way the manufacturing difficulty of the quintuple mud pump was solved and an effective way of developing and applying the quintuple mud pump was found.
