摘要
在回顾我国水土保持规划设计体系建设发展历程,并分析其存在问题的基础上,提出了包括水土保持规划设计理念、技术方法、资质管理、质量控制、标准规范等内容的我国新时期水土保持规划体系的建设构想。
Based on review of the water and soil conservation planning system and analysis of the existing problems,the construction conceive of water and soil conservation plans are put forward,including design concept,methods,qualification administration,quality control and the standard of our country.
