摘要
翘曲变形是注塑产品中常见的质量缺陷,不但影响产品外观,严重时还会影响产品的使用性能。运用MPI软件在各种注射成型工艺参数下对塑件进行CAE模拟仿真,对仿真后的产品取一系列测量点,找到该点塑件的变形值,对这些点的翘曲量进行方差及标准差分析,得出各种工艺参数组合下翘曲变形最小的工艺参数,为下一步模具设计和注塑工艺设计提供计算和实验依据。
Warpage was a common quality defect for the injection molding parts,it not only affected the appearance of the product,but also seriously affected the product performance. The CAE simulation on the plastic products with the injection molding process parameters had been set by using the software MPI. Taking a number of measurement points after the simulation of products, found the point' value of plastic parts. The best injection process combination and the biggest warp confidence interval were obtained through analyzing the warp value with variance and standard deviation. It provided calculating basis for further mould design.
