摘要
美国作为世界发达国家,其医院管理模式具有先进性和一定的借鉴作用;而我国作为发展中国家,经历了多次医疗体制改革后,始终没有总结出适合我国经济体制发展的医改模式。本文将就美国医院的体制分类、管理模式和管理特色进行了深入的分析,从而对我国的医疗体制改革提出了若干建议。
The hospital management models in the United States which is one of the developed countries in the world are advanced and used for reference;while China as a developing country has experienced a number of health care system reforms,and has not yet concluded a medical reform model fit for the development of Chinese economic system.This article will analyze the system classification,management models and features of American hospitals,and provide some suggestions for the health care system in China.
