摘要
目的:探讨高强度超声聚焦治疗子宫肌瘤的有效性及安全性。方法:选择不愿意行手术切除子宫肌瘤的育龄期已生育患者23例,应用HIFU-2001型高强度聚焦超声肿瘤治疗机进行治疗,治疗后定期随访观察。结果:23例患者经高强度超声聚焦治疗后近期总有效率为96%(疗效显著3例、有效12例、部分有效7例),无效1例(4%)。结论:高强度超声聚焦是无创治疗子宫肌瘤的有效方法。
Objective：To investigate the clinical efficiency and safety of high intensity focusedultra—sound （HIFU）in the treatment of uterine leiomyomas.Methods：Atotal of 23 children—born—aged women with uterine leiomyomas who didn＇t accept operation were treated by HIFU、They were observed periodically after treatment.Results：Among 23 cases,3 cases（14%）achieved significant curativeeffect,12 cases（52%） achieved moderate curative effect,7 cases（30%） achieved mild curative effect,1 cases （4%） failed to respond to the treatmen.Conclusion：Patients with uterine leiomyomas can be treated by HIFU very effectively and safely.
