摘要
为探索知识生态系统思想在图书馆知识管理中的应用,促进图书馆的知识交流与共享,运用生态系统的层次结构理论描绘图书馆微观知识生态系统是由以馆员为核心的知识群落、图书馆内部因素、图书馆外部因素等要素构成。具体分析知识种群的分布结构、知识交流的动态性、知识个体与知识种群的合作、竞争、与演化。最后从知识个体、知识种群以及知识群落三个层面提出图书馆知识生态系统优化的解决方案。
The paper explores the applications of the library knowledge ecosystem to library knowledge management in order to promote knowledge communications and sharing. According to the ecosystem structure theory, library microscopic knowledge ecosystem consists of knowledge community, library interior factors and library exterior factors. Then distribution of knowledge community, dyna- micity of knowledge communication, and cooperation, competition, evolution of both knowledge individuals and knowledge community are expounded. Solutions are put forward in the final.
