摘要
目前国内还没有工业机器人远程监控与故障处理的应用实例,工业机器人的监控还停留在单机自主报警,技术人员现场分析报错原因并进行现场干预处理阶段。提出了一种基于TCP/IP协议的工业机器人远程监控与诊断系统的组成及实现,这种系统采用Socket组件以及多线程技术来实现。监控终端装有客户端监控处理软件,现场作业的每台工业机器人控制器装有向远程发送与或接收远程干预的控制程序。只要处于该局域网内并装有客户终端软件的用户都可以随时随地查看或修改现场工业机器人的位置、运行状态等相关参数信息。综上所述,工业机器人通过远程监控与诊断技术的实施,可实现客户端实时、准确、可靠的对工业机器人运动状态进行远程监控与诊断。
At present domestic haven't industrial robots remote monitoring and diagnosis applications, industrial robots still stays in monitoring alarm, technical personnel analyzing and solving at local. The remote monitor and diagnosis system of industry robot based on TCP / IP is introduced,This system is based on socket components and multithread Technology. Monitor terminal are equipped with the client program. Industrial robots are equipped with remote controller to send and receive remote control or intervention program, All monitor terminal in the local area network can view or modify the position and the running state information related parameters. To sum up, the industrial robot through remote monitoring and diagnosis technology of implementation, which can realize real-time, accurate and reliable to industrial robots.
