摘要
目的分析子宫肌瘤的CT影像,探讨其诊断价值。方法本文报告156例经CT检查并经手术和病理证实的子宫肌瘤。结果CT表现为子宫不同程度增大及实质性的肿块,边界清楚,内可见低密度、钙化灶。结论CT对诊断子宫肌瘤有较高价值。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT on uterine myoma. Methods 156 patients with uterine myoma confirmedby surgery and histology underwent plain CT scanning. Results CT showed enlargement of uterus to a greater or lesser degree and a well-circumscribed solid mass. Uterine myoma sometimes presented necrosis and calcification. Conclusions CT has a great diagnostic value on uterine myoma.
