摘要
针对长初级短次级直线电机分段供电开关的状态监测问题,设计了一种基于ARM9微处理器的网络化状态监测系统。它可以对散布在一定范围内直线电机分段供电开关的超温和短路两种故障状态进行实时监测。各个分布监测器可通过工业以太网与同级的分布监测器,以及上级的监测数据中心进行通信。该系统组网方式灵活,并能适应较恶劣的工作环境。
For power switch status monitoring section on Long primary linear motor,the Sub-state power switch monitoring system based on ARM9 microprocessor and network is designed.The system can real-time monitor the two kinds of fault conditions of power switchs which spread a range along the long primary linear monitor.The two kinds of fault conditions of power switchs are over-temperature and short-circuit.All distributed monitors can communicate with the same level monitors and uper level monitor data center via Industrial Ethernet.The system is flexible networking mode and able to adapt to poor working conditions.
