作为高等院校中的群众组织,高校工会在地位、工作环境、工作内容等方面有其独特之处,更有其得天独厚的优势。60年来,中国高校工会走出了一条具有高校特色的工会之路,并在工作实践中积累了丰富的经验。
As the masses organization in universities and colleges,trade union has its unique features of status,working conditions,work content and other aspects.Trade unions also have their unique advantages.Trade unions in universities of China have found out a special way with university characteristics,and accumulated rich experience in the work.
