成都是西部地区发展的重要引擎之一。在西部大开发的十年里,成都以优势条件吸引众多金融项目的到来,在次债危机影响全球经济的背景下,四川应以汶川大地震灾后重建为契机,加快1万亿资金的投资力度,明确成都建设西部金融中心的目标定位,制定相关政策吸引更多的金融投资落户成都,完善政府职能为西部金融中心的建设提供发展条件。
Chengdu is one of the important engine in the western region development,which attracted numerous financial projects with its advantages in recent ten years of Western development.Under the background of the subprime mortgage crisis affected the global economy,Sichuan should seize the opportunity of the reconstruction of Wenchuan after the earthquake,accelerate the investment of funds of 1 trillion,clear the construction goal orientation of western financial center in Chengdu,formulate relevant policy to attract more financial investment,and perfect the government functions provide the development condition.for western financial center of construction.
