摘要
从惠民医院麻醉手术患者的人文关怀着手,强调术前沟通要温馨、诚信、尊重、有同情心;术中要准备到位、技术到位、记录到位、监护到位、防范到位;术后要加强访视建立信任、和谐、友好的合作医患关系,并将人文关怀纳入考评体系,树立完整的医务职业形象。
This paper introduces the humanistic care for patients receiving anesthesia and operation and concrete implementations.In the pre-operational communication,doctors should be warm-hearted and honest,and show their respect and compassion for patients.During anesthesia and operation,the preparation,technique,medical record,monitoring,and precaution work should be done properly.The post-operational visit should be aimed to establish a trustful,harmonious,and friendly relationship between doctors and patients,with humanistic care included into appraisal system for doctors,in order to build a complete image of medical profession.
