摘要
提出了一种基于铂电阻传感器的实用高精度温度测量方法,在分析铂电阻特性的基础上,将电阻测量的系统误差设计成满足线性关系,然后利用软件两点校准技术,消除测量中由系统误差、铂电阻本身偏差以及引线电阻带来的所有一阶误差,并给出了铂电阻的测量电路,通过实验证明,此测温和校准方法是可行的。
A feasible method of the practical high-precision temperature measurement based on Platinum resistance transducers is present-ed.By analying the characteristices of Platinum resistance designed system error of resistivity measurement to meet the linear relationship and using the software calibration measurement technology to eliminate the system error,Platinum resistanced eviations and lead to a first order error in all resistance bands,and provided the Platinum resistance measurement circuit.The temperature measurement and calibration method was proved feasible by experiment.
