摘要
对目前中国高校科研仪器设备资源存在的紧缺与浪费共存的现象进行了剖析,应用纳什谈判模型、夏普利值和Raiffa裁决3个典型的求解方法,对如何最大限度地提高实验室仪器设备利用率进行了研究,提出了实验室资源共享管理中合理的成本摊派和收益分配对策。
The paper analyses the phenomena of the current scientific research instruments and equipment resources in Chinese universities.From the Nash bargaining model,Shapley value and Raiffa award,this paper studies how to maximize utilization of equipment on the existing basis.After that,the countermeasures on reasonable allocation of the costs and benefits of the laboratory resources sharing management are put forward.
