阐述了钙质土的基本物理特性、工程地质特性、力学特性及钙质土桩基工程中的侧摩阻力及桩端阻力问题，反映了我国在该领域的最新研究进展。
The physical, engineering geological, mechanical characters and properties of lateral friction and tip resistance of calcareous sands are described. The latest research advance of this field in China is given.
