摘要
以纯钛粉为原料,借助高速冲击成形压机压制内、外径分别为30、60mm的圆环状和直径为20mm的圆柱状两类试样,研究冲击能量和装粉量对压坯密度的影响。结果表明:对于内、外径分别为30和60mm的圆环试样,当冲击能量为2 283 J、冲击速度为5.82m/s时,所成形的压坯最大密度为3.43g/cm3,相对密度为76.2%;对于直径为20mm的圆柱试样,当冲击能量为1 217 J、冲击速度为4.25m/s时,所成形的压坯最大密度为4.32 g/cm3,相对密度为96.0%。对于同类试样,压坯密度随冲击能量的增加而增大,随装粉量的增加而减小。质量能量密度能全面地表征试样种类、冲击能量和装粉量等不同参数下钛粉的压坯密度;当质量能量密度相同时,压坯密度相同。
Pure titanium powder was pressed through a high velocity compaction machine,and two kinds of samples,the ring with 60mm outer and 30mm inner diameter and the cylinder with 20mm diameter were gained,respectively.The influences of impact energy and filling weight on the green density were studied.The results show that,for the ring samples,the maximum of green density is 3.43 g/cm3 and its relative density is 76.2% when the impact energy is 2 283 J and the impact velocity is 5.82 m/s.However,for the cylindrical samples,the maximum of green density is 4.32 g/cm3 and its relative density is 96.0% when the impact energy is 1 217 J and the impact velocity is 4.25 m/s.For the same kind of samples,the green density is increased with impact energy increasing,while decreased with filling weight increasing.Impact energy per weight can represent the green density gained at different types,impact energy and filling weight.The green density is identical under the same impact energy per weight.
