摘要
目的探求一种合理的检测大鼠记忆力的方法。方法连续4天对痴呆模型组大鼠和假手术组大鼠进行Morris水迷宫定位航行实验,每天训练4次,每次随机选择一个象限入水。实验数据采用SPSS10.0软件分析,然后对每天不同入水象限、每天4次不同次序之间成绩进行比较分析。结果通过对不同入水象限的比较,发现在平台象限入水,其逃避潜伏期较其他象限短,由远离平台的象限入水,其逃避潜伏期较其他象限长;从不同入水次序进行比较,发现逃避潜伏期会随着当天的训练次数的增加而缩短。结论第一次从远离目标的象限入水其成绩能更好地反映出大鼠记忆力。
Objective To find out a method for testing memory capacity in rats. Methods Water maze navigation experiment was carrid out in model group and sham-operated group for four days,four times a day,each time a quadrant was chased to put into water at random. The result was analyzed by SPSS10. 0 . Results Escape latency was the shortest in platform quadrant because it was far away from the platform. According to the different order of dropping into the water,escape lateacy was declined,opposite to the training times. Conclusion Quadrant far away from the platform can reflect the memory capacity of rats .
