摘要
近年来,部分发达国家提出对高耗能进口产品征收特别的二氧化碳排放关税。"碳关税"的征收,实质上是以环境保护之名行贸易保护之实,必然对包括我国在内的发展中国家造成严重的冲击。文章以是否开征碳关税为谈判议题,运用进化博弈为工具进行分析。在此基础上,提出了发展中国家应对碳关税的策略。
In recent years,some developed countries have raised to impose particular tariff of carbon dioxide emissions towards imported high energy-consuming products.Carbon tariff is a kind of trade protection in the name of environmental protection.The collection of carbon tariff is bound to make serious impacts on developing countries including China.In this paper,we make the collection of carbon tariff as a subject and use evolutionary game theory for analysis.On this basis,we propose some strategies for developing countries to deal with carbon tariff.
