摘要
目的:通过对院前急救中遇到获救载体的急性应激反应的合理识别和处理,使急救进程更加顺利,减少医患矛盾的发生,进而达到提高急救质量的目的。方法:通过对急性应激反应的充分理解,建立良好的预见性,并对于发生的急性应激反应通过合理的应对技巧妥善处理,重视提高急救人员应激能力,结合资深急救医师经验体会,将心理学知识和院前急救医学有机结合阐述本文。结果:在院前急救进程中,对病人及家属急性应激反应是常见的,对其正确识别和处理,能避免医疗纠纷的出现,提高院前急救质量。结论:对急性应激反应的认识和正确对待是急救人员必备的素质,是提高急救质量的有力保证。
Objective:With the rational identification and treatment of acute stress reaction faced by the rescued vector in Pre-hospital emergency,the process of aid would more smoothly.the incidence of doctor-patient conflicts would be reduce,thus the quality of first aid would be achieve promoted.Method:Full understanding of acute stress reaction,establishing a good foresight,properly handling the occurrence of acute stress through a reasonable coping skills,attaching great importance to improve the ability of emergency personnel stress,combined with the experiences of senior emergency physician,Eventually described this with the combination of the knowledge of psychology and pre-hospital.Results:In the process of pre-hospital emergency,it is very common to see acute stress reaction on patients and their families,proper identification and management can avoid the emergence of medical disputes,and promote the quality of pre-hospital emergency.Conclusion:The proper understanding and treatment to the acute stress response is the essential of quality of first aid personnel,and the effective guarantee for first aid.
