摘要
利用顺丁烯二酸酐与γ-氨丙基聚硅氧烷的开环反应合成了一种羧值为1.2mmol·g-1、黏度为2.750Pa·s的羧基改性聚二甲基硅氧烷(CAS-2)。用红外光谱(IR)、场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)、光电子能谱(XPS)等仪器对CAS-2的结构及其在纤维表面的成膜性、膜形貌及应用性能进行了研究。结果表明,新合成的CAS-2在波长为185nm、功率为210W的紫外光辐照30min后未发生明显降解。在放大倍数为20000倍的条件下观察,CAS-2可在纤维表面形成相对均匀平滑的有机硅膜,该膜包覆在纤维表面能导致纤维表面条纹状沟壑消失、并使处理后的纤维表面显得均匀光滑。CAS-2对处理后纤维织物的应用性能有影响。用0.03%(wt)CAS-2溶液处理的棉织物其(经+纬)向弯曲刚度已从处理前的701mN明显降为处理后的465mN,但经此处理的织物其静态吸水时间却只有30.27s、白度值为87.32,表明织物的柔软性增加,吸湿性和白度良好。另外,弱酸碱处理不会引起纤维表面CAS-2侧基官能团的降解或脱落,故对CAS-2的应用性能影响不大。
The carboxyl modified polysiloxane(CAS-2) with carboxyl content of 1.2 mmol·g-1 and viscosity of 2.750 Pa·s was synthesized by split-ring reaction of cis-butenedioic anhydride with γ-aminopropyl polysiloxane.The chemical structure of the synthesized polysiloxane as well as the morphology and performance of its film on cotton fibers/fabrics were investigated by infrared spectrum(IR),field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and other instruments,respectively.The synthesized CAS-2 is not decomposed significantly after being exposed to UV light(185 nm,210 W) for 30 min.Under the observation with amplification of 20000 times,it was found that the CAS-2 forms a relatively smooth film on the fiber surface,and the grooves on the surface of the fiber treated with CAS-2 disappear.The CAS-2 makes an impact on the performance of the treated fabrics.As a result,the(warp + fill) bending rigidity of the cotton fabric treated by 0.03%(wt) CAS-2 solution clearly decreases from the 701 mN(before treating) to 465 mN(after treating),while the wettability and the whiteness of the treated cotton fabric are only 30.27 s and 87.32,respectively;all above data indicate an improvement of softness and wettability provided by CAS-2.It was also found that treating the CAS-2 treated fabric with weak acidic or basic aqueous solution would not break the covalently bonded side group of CAS-2 on the fiber surface and therefore would have little influence on the performance of the CAS-2.
