摘要
采用平板稀释法对22种药用植物土壤中镰孢菌种类和数量进行分析,共分离到10种95株镰孢菌,其中尖孢镰孢菌分离频率最高,其次茄腐镰孢菌和串珠镰孢菌,而半裸镰孢菌和串珠镰孢菌中间变种分离频率较低。三个季节中夏季分离频率较高,平均一个土样1.77株。22种药用植物中黄花乌头和五味子土壤样品中镰孢菌分离频率最高。
Seventy-six isolates of Fusarium were isolated from sixty-eight samples of soil materials collected in Liaoning Province.The morphological identification work showed that they belonged to 10 species,tiptop of frequency division is F.oxysporum,tiptop of frequency division is summer in the three seasons.
