摘要
本文描述一种测量CO2激光器耦合镜中光程随温度变化的方法,用一束探测光穿过具有两平行表面的镜片,测量了镜片温度变化时,通过镜片的激光功率变化,导出了有关耦合镜状态的分析表达式。然后讨论了镜片分别通过1.5kW和2.0kW激光功率时的情况,其结果与实验数据符合甚好。
In this paper a measurement method about optical path change vs.the temperature in a CO 2 laser coupler is described.Using a probe beam through the coupler with two parallel surfaces,we measured the variety of laser power after the coupler while the temperature is changed.Thus a formula for analysing state of the coupler is derived.Then we discussed coupler performences through 1.5 kW and 2.0 kW laser power seperately.The results are in agreement quite good with experiment data.
