摘要
[目的]研究堇菜属(ViolaL.)植物种子的形态特征和萌发特性。[方法]对云南省文山地区5种堇菜属植物[维西堇菜(Viola tokubuchiana)、深山堇菜(Viola selkirkii)、戟叶堇菜(Viola betonicifolia)、光叶堇菜(Viola sumatrana)和长萼堇菜(Viola inconspicua)]种子的形态特征及不同温度和基质条件下种子的萌发进行了研究。[结果]5种堇菜的种子大小存在较大差异;温度会影响深山堇菜种子萌发开始和持续时间,但对萌发率影响不大;5种堇菜在栽培基质上的萌发率高于在培养基上。[结论]该研究可为今后堇菜属植物的播种育苗、组织培养及育种等工作提供科学依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the morphological characteristics and germination characteristics of Viola L.plants seeds.[Method] The morphological characteristics and germination characteristics of 5 varieties of Viola L.plants(Viola tokubuchiana,Viola selkirkii,Viola betonicifolia,Viola sumatrana and Viola inconspicua)seeds under different temperature and substrate were studied.[Result] The results showed that seed sizes of 5 varieties of Viola L.plants were different from each other obviously.The start and duration time of seed germination was affected by temperature in Viola.selkirkii,but little in germination rate.The germination rates of 5 varieties of Viola L.plants in substrate were higher than the rates in culture medium.[Conclusion] The study can provide scientific basis for sowing and seedling raising,tissue culture and breeding of 5 varieties of Viola L.plants in future.
