摘要
土地股份合作制作为农村土地流转的一种创新形式,对于工业化、城市化以及农业生产的规模化经营起到了重大的作用。但是由于其制度发育不成熟,它在组织管理、股权设置、以及具体操作中还存在不少问题,它与我国的相关法律和政策还存在一些冲突。近年来这些问题和弊端越来越明显,有的甚至威胁到农村的稳定和发展。
Rural land stock cooperative system is one form of the land circulation.It has played an important role in industrialization,urbanization and large-scale land management.However it has some problems in organization, management,stock right,and specific operations,and it even conflicts with the law and policy due to the immature system.These problems have become increasingly evident,and even threatening the stability and development of the rural areas.
