摘要
江垭大坝碾压混凝土采用人工骨料。在细骨料中,粒径小于0.15mm的石粉占18.9%,粒径小于75μm的微粒占13.9%。这种石粉与微粒含量的存在,有助于改善碾压混凝土拌和物的和易性,使之不易分离、易于压实,且压实后的碾压混凝土容重大、强度高、抗渗好、层间结合牢,保证了大坝的密实性与整体性。对芯样的检测结果表明,混凝土的各项物理力学指标均满足设计要求。
Artificial aggregates are used for Jiangya RCC dam. In fine aggregate, the stone powder with grain size less than 0.15 mm and tiny particles with size less than 75 μm reach 18.9% and 13.6% respectively. The existence of the stone powder and tiny particles improves the workability of RCC mixture, reducing the concrete segregation and promoting the compacting effect. The compacted RCC has such features as high unit weight and strength, superior seepage prevention performance, the joints between concrete lifts being firmly bonded, and guarantees the dam's compactness and integrity.
