摘要
采用文献资料法,录像观察法和数据统计法等研究方法,对跆拳道的推踢技术在比赛中的运用进行了分析和研究,旨在为教练员和运动员在训练和比赛中提供一些理论依据,因而加强教练员在平时训练中对推踢技术的重视和运动员在比赛中能很好的运用推踢技术的意识,从而来提高运动员比赛成绩。
To study the use of pushing and kicking technology in competition and training methods, this paper, with the methods of literature data, video observation and statistical research, combined with years of experience in taekwondo, the promotion of taekwondo kicking techniques for use in the game analysis and re- search, hoping this study can provide some theoretical basis for the coaches and athletes in training and compe- tition to strengthen the coaches in the peacetime training focus on pushing technology and the players play the game well kicking the use of push technology awarenexs, and thus to increase the players＇ results.
