摘要
利用Visual Basic6开发环境和ArcGIS Engine开发工具包,以EOS/MODIS等气象卫星资料和地面常规观测资料为主要信息源,建立干旱监测预测系统。根据辽宁省气候特征及土地状况,设定不同分区,并根据分区制定不同监测指标实现干旱动态监测,在此基础上,依托水分平衡方程和农田实际蒸散量模型,建立农田土壤含水量的预报模型,利用作物系数、农田土壤水分供应系数、气象要素预报数据、凋萎湿度等数据,通过栅格数据转换及数据空间分析,实现大面积干旱灾害的预警,为政府和有关部门提供一种强有力的决策支持方案。
Using the meteorological satellite data such as EOS/MODIS,and surface conventional observation data as the main information source,Monitoring and Forecasting Information System of Drought Disaster (MFISDD) was established based on ArcGIS Engine and Visual Basic 6. According to the climate characteristics and land conditions of Liaoning province,different sub areas were set,and different monitoring indexes were established on them to realize the drought dynamic monitoring. On this basis,farmlands soil moisture prediction model was formulated depend on water balance equation and field actual evapotranspiration model. Crop coefficient,soil water supply coefficient,weather forecasting data elements,wilting humidity data and so on were used to achieve the drought disaster warning of large area by the grid data space conversion and data analysis,which provides stronger decision support scheme for both the policymakers and managers.
