Determination of Pymetrozine Residues in Rice with HPLC

摘要 采用VP-ODS C18不锈钢柱,以乙腈-水(体积比15∶85)为流动相,流速0.6mL/min,光电二极管阵列检测器,检测波长299nm,柱温40℃,建立了吡蚜酮在水稻中的残留分析方法。样品经乙腈-氨水(体积比7∶3)混合溶液提取、二氯甲烷萃取,用装有无水硫酸钠、弗罗里硅土和活性炭的柱层析净化后,进行高效液相色谱检测。该方法的最小检出量为1.0×10-10g,最低检出质量分数为0.02mg/kg,稻杆、谷壳和糙米的平均添加回收率分别为83.62%~90.56%、88.00%~92.33%和89.40%~92.07%。 A quantitative high performance liquid chromatography method has been developed for the determination of pymetrozine residues in the rice using photodiode array detector. The analysis was performed on a VP-ODS C18 stainless steel column with mixture of acetonitrile-water(15:85,by vol)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.6 mL/min,at the column temperature of 40 °C and the ultraviolet detection wavelength 299 nm. The pymetrozine residues in the rice was extracted with acetonitrile-ammonia(7:3,by vol) and cleaned up by the column filled with anhydrous sodium carbonate and florisil and activated carbon. The limit of detection was 1.0×10-10 g. The minimum detected concentration for rice was 0.02 mg/kg. The average recovery of 83.62-90.56%,88.00-92.33%,and 89.40-92.07% were obtained in the rice plant,hull and brown rice..
