摘要
生物技术在制浆造纸工业中得到越来越广泛的应用,其中生物漂白技术是一种绿色环保型漂白方法,可提高纸浆的可漂性,减少化学药品用量,减少化学药品对环境的污染。本文重点论述生物漂白的目的,微生物及其产生的酶,其中包括木聚糖酶、甘露聚糖酶、木素过氧化物酶、锰过氧化物酶和漆酶的漂白机理及其研究现状。
With the development of biological sciences, biotechnology has been more widely used in the pulping and papermaking industry, bio-bleaching technique is a green-type bleaching method can improve the bleach ability of pulp and reduce the amount of chemicals to decrease the chemical pollution to the environment.This paper discussed the aim of biological bleaching, the bleaching mechanism and current research situation of microorganisms and enzymes including xylanase, mannanase, lignin peroxidase, manganese peroxidase and laccase.
