摘要
有了法律支撑和政策扶持,师范生实习支教才能可持续发展,其对于师范教育质量的提高和贫困地区教育发展的作用才能得以充分发挥。因此,相关部门应对实习支教专门立法,明确相关各方的权利、义务和责任,保障经费来源,解决支教学生教师资格、支教补助、权益保护等难题。
With the law and policy support,normal university students can achieve the sustainable development in doing the practice teaching support and play a good part in improving the quality of normal university education and the educational development in the poor areas.In view of this,relevant departments should establish the special Legislation on practice teaching support,specify the related parties’rights,obligations and responsibility,ensure the sources of funds and solve such problems as teaching qualification,subsidy and right protection for students doing the practice teaching support.
