摘要 Sonic hedgehog(Shh)是神经系统发育和肿瘤发生发展中的重要调节因子。近年的研究显示,Shh在脑损伤疾病中发挥重要的作用。在脑损伤后,Shh的表达上调,通过其信号通路促进脑损伤后的修复过程。研究Shh信号通路有助于深入地了解脑损伤的病理过程,同时也为脑损伤的临床治疗提供新的途径。 Sonic hedgehog (Shh) plays important roles in the regulation of neural development and brain tumor.Recently,Shh has also been shown to be protective in brain injury.The expression of Shh is up-regulated after brain injury,which promotes repair process through the activation of its signaling pathway.To study the Shh pathway will help us to learn the pathological process of brain injury,and also provide us with new ways to treat brain injury.
