摘要
分析了变压器及缓冲材料的特点,运用发泡聚乙烯的最大加速度-静应力曲线设计了缓冲垫的厚度,校核了底部穿底;根据变压器结构特点以及缓冲垫尺寸,设计了底部缓冲垫的结构;考虑运输时堆码及变压器顶部结构特点,采用相似设计方法设计了顶部缓冲衬垫的尺寸及结构。
The features of transformer and buffer material were analysed,the thickness of bumper pad was designed by the maximum acceleration-steady stress curve of expanded polyethylene,and the bottom puncture was checked;the structure of bottom bumper pad was designed according to the structural features of transformer and dimension of bumper pad;Through consideration to the stacking at the time of transport and structural features of transformer top,the dimension and structure of bumper pad on top was designed by similar method.
