摘要
本文主要从血液标本来源、操作技术,仪器的误差和检测试剂等几个方面对三分群COULTER血细胞分析仪测定血小板(PLT)的结果的影响因素进行了分析,并对排除假性增高和假性降低情况做了一些阐述。
From the blood samples, operation technology, equipment error and detection reagents, this article mainly analyzed everal influencing factors on detecting blood platelet with three groups of COULTER blood corpuscle analyzer, and made some elaborations on removing the pseudo markup and the pseudo reduces.
