摘要
大豆是我国的主要粮食油料作物之一,在人们的日常生活中占有重要的地位。大豆不但具有极高的营养价值,而且具有很高的综合加工利用价值。大力发展大豆产业,对于提高人民的营养水平,促进国民经济发展都具有重要的意义。而低碳时代的到来,给大豆产业带来了新的机遇,也带来了新的挑战。本文阐述了大豆产业低碳化的趋势,并探讨了推进大豆产业低碳化的对策。
Soybean is one of the main grain and oil-bearing crops in China.It plays an important role in people's daily life.Soybean not only has very high nutrition value,but also has a high value of comprehensive utilization.So development in soybean industry makes a significant contribution to improvement of people's nutrition level and promotion of economic development.However,with the advent of low carbon age,soybean industry is faced with new opportunities and challenges.This paper describes the significance of developing low-carbon soybean industry and discusses its coping strategy.
